What shipped.

Cut tags and archives out of the mini program and kept only series. A series is a column, and a column is a book jacket.

Every series also gained a sync switch, defaulting to off. The site may hold twenty series while the mini program shows three — the three you want seen first.

What I let go.

I let go of the obsession with content parity. The website is an archive; the mini program is a card. They were never meant to show the same things.

I also dropped a half-built category layer. It existed to make the information architecture look complete, and not one person needed it.

Next month.

Fix the poster typography, so a shared image and the site look like the work of the same author.
